What My Mercury Placement Reveals About How I Think and Communicate

In astrology, Mercury represents how we think, learn and express ourselves. In my natal chart, Mercury sits in Gemini which is an air sign known for curiosity, quick thinking and communication.

This placement reflects a mind that’s active, adaptable and articulate. I can process ideas quickly and love to ask questions.  I  thrive in conversations that challenge me to think deeper. This kind of energy makes for strong counseling, coaching or strategy work.. Listening paired with  inquiry and clarity are key to work that is fulfilling for me…

 nailed it…

Mercury falls in my 10th house (the area of career and purpose) which means I am mentally driven by goals and motivated by meaningful work that connects ideas to impact.

Yup.. Yup.. and Yup.

All charts do carry points of tension… For me, Neptune opposing Mercury means that I  can sometimes wrestle with self-doubt, have issues with boundaries or an overactive imagination. Jupiter and Saturn also square my Mercury placement which means  there’s a tug-of-war between optimism and self-criticism. These aspects have taught me to stay grounded and disciplined in how I communicate… It's a work in progress.. As I still find myself missing a filter…but I am dedicated to finding balance between my intuition and  the structure society has created around how we communicate.

On the positive side, a Pluto trine Neptune supports deep focus and insight.. This in addition to having a  close conjunction with Mars means that I tend to be sharp and direct as to how I speak and think. Candid to a fault…. but I value clarity over confusion.

This astrological combination means that I carry the energy of mental agility and depth. I’m wired to explore, to question and to translate complex ideas into something others can understand and apply.

So your understanding and application lesson for today…

Don't believe in astrology…

but if you did…

This analysis of my placement basically nailed it.
