We all want to be seen …not for what we do, but for who we are….But when the world teaches us to equate visibility with productivity, many of us end up chasing recognition instead of authenticity and burn ourselves OUT
When burnout hits, it’s usually not because we’re doing too much…. it’s because we’re doing too much of what isn’t truly aligned and for the wrong reasons… . The Midheavan in astrology is one of the most important points in the natal chart.. It represents public image, life purpose and reputation… What you have in this placement is usually tied closely with your professional and social life. Your burnout may look alot like the below based on your 10th house placement… Does this sound like you? If so.. I have included a practice to help bring you back to alignment.

Burnout expression: Feeling invisible unless you’re winning or leading. You push harder, take on more and feel angry when no one notices your fire.
